1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Coracademy Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16270855). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Coracademy Limited. References to affiliated parties include Corassure Limited where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or any of the Coratools (including the UK SORA SAIL Calculator), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Coratools — UK SORA SAIL Calculator

The UK SORA SAIL Calculator is provided for information purposes only. It produces a UK SORA SAIL rating, together with a provisional rating and, for full-builder accounts, an assessment pack, for you to submit to your relevant authority, which must review and approve it before any operation. It does not constitute professional, legal or regulatory advice and must not replace the judgement of a qualified professional.

• The tool applies the UK CAA's published UK SORA methodology (ORS9 Decisions 46 and 60 and the associated CAA guidance) as we understand it at the date shown in the tool. Regulations change; you are responsible for checking the current requirements before you submit.
• From time to time the tool may present anomalies or errors. If you spot anything that looks wrong, please report it to us so we can put it right.
• You confirm that you will seek independent professional advice on any assessment the tool generates before relying on it.
• An account is required and is for people aged 18 or over acting for a business. You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and not share your account. We send service emails (confirmation, password reset, alerts you have opted into) regardless of your marketing choice. The free stages of the tool cover the CAA's Assessment 1; the full application builder is available on request and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• The tool quotes UK Civil Aviation Authority publications. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The CAA has not reviewed or endorsed the tool.
• The answers you enter are processed on our server to calculate your results and build your documents and are not stored by us; you are responsible for saving your own work.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, including automated or excessive use.

4. Delegate Portal: Course Materials and Delegate Tools

The delegate portal is a private, login-only area for enrolled course delegates. It provides access to course slides for on-screen viewing and to a delegate edition of a Coratools builder for producing draft certification artefacts. Access is limited to delegates we have issued with credentials, and those credentials are personal to you: you must keep your password to yourself and not share your account.

• The course slides and the delegate tool, including their text, methods, calculations and the documents the tool produces, remain the intellectual property of Coracademy Limited and are provided to you for your own use as a course delegate.
• You may not copy, download (other than documents the tool itself exports for you), redistribute, publish, reproduce, decompile or reverse-engineer the course slides or the delegate tool, or attempt to extract, reconstruct or repurpose their underlying code, content or methods, in whole or in part.
• Anything you enter into the delegate tool, and every document it exports, stays on your own device. Coracademy does not receive or store your entries or your exported documents.
• The delegate tool is provided for information and training purposes only. It produces draft artefacts for review and approval by your relevant authority, and does not constitute professional, legal or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for every entry and every exported document, and confirm you will seek independent professional advice before relying on anything the tool generates.
• For access-control reasons we keep a simple record of portal sign-ins (see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy). This record never includes anything you enter into the tool.
• We may suspend or withdraw portal access at any time, including where an account is misused or shared, and access may be time-limited.

5. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coracademy Limited and Corassure Limited (together and separately) exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from:

• Your use of or reliance on information, ratings, calculations or documents provided through the Coratools (including the UK SORA SAIL Calculator) or this website
• Any regulatory breach, failed certification, financial loss or other consequence arising from acting or failing to act on information provided through this tool
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the service

This exclusion applies whether the loss arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6. No Professional Relationship

Use of this website or the Coratools does not create a professional, advisory or contractual relationship between you and Coracademy Limited or Corassure Limited. No duty of care is assumed or implied by either entity through the provision of information on this website or through the RegWatch tool.

7. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to third-party websites including corassure.co.uk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site and the inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including course materials, the delegate portal (its course slides and delegate tool), and the Coratools (their methods, calculations, text and the documents they produce) is the intellectual property of Coracademy Limited unless otherwise stated. Documents the UK SORA SAIL Calculator generates for you may be used for your own regulatory submissions. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Group Structure and Accreditations

Coracademy Limited is a UK company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16270855) and operates as the specialist training arm of the Corassure group, delivering training on behalf of Corassure Limited. Where these terms refer to "our parent company" or "the group", they refer to Corassure Limited and its affiliates.

All accreditations are held by Corassure Limited:

• BCS — The Chartered Institute for IT (accreditation of the Cyber Security Certification course)
• Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, JOSCAR and ISO 9001

Training is delivered by Coracademy Limited on behalf of Corassure Limited. Courses are developed by practitioners with direct experience of the regulatory frameworks they teach. Certificates issued on successful completion of the BCS-accredited Cyber Security Certification course bear the name of the accrediting body (BCS) and Corassure Limited.

10. Communications and Marketing

By ticking "keep me informed" when creating a Coratools account, you consent to receiving occasional training updates, tool news and course information from Coracademy Limited. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us at admin@coracademy.co.uk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
