03 · How it Compares

How does your course differ from the EUROCAE Aircraft Cyber Security training?

Our course is distinct from, and complementary to, the EUROCAE training. The EUROCAE course provides a solid grounding in the international standards framework: DO-326A, ED-202A, and associated guidance material.

Our course is focussed on UK MAA and EASA requirements, built around practical delivery against MAA RA 5890, the 1319 Cyber Security Airworthiness requirements referenced within it, and the associated civilian guidance material. Where MAA-specific depth is required, this can be covered on request.

Clients who have attended both consistently tell us the two courses work well together rather than duplicating one another.

The course comprises nine sessions delivered across one and a half to two days, built around the development of all 14 cyber security artefacts expected by the MAA. Group exercises are embedded throughout, including collaborative completion of high-level security risk assessments.

Where relevant, we can tailor content to your organisation's specific context. For example, particular emphasis on the relationship between RA 5890 and its referenced civilian guidance, or on the integration of Cyber Security Airworthiness with Programmable Elements certification, Secure by Design, and Safety.

04 · Location

Where is the course delivered?

The course is strategically located in South Wales, providing an accessible venue for delegates travelling from across the UK.

Bespoke delivery at your own site is also available. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

05 · Cohort Size

What is the minimum cohort size, and can I book as an individual?

Minimum cohort size is six delegates, with a maximum of ten for the September 2026 cohort.

Individual bookings are welcome. If you sign up independently, we will place you into the next available scheduled cohort once the minimum number of delegates is reached.

Organisations wishing to book a dedicated cohort for their own team are equally welcome, and we can discuss bespoke delivery options to suit your requirements.
